- Handle More Orders: ReadyShipper is now enterprise ready as we have removed all limits: you can view all your orders at the same time, sort thousands of orders by any column, and scroll from the top to the bottom of tens of thousands of orders in a second.
- USPS Labels: Out of the box, ReadyShipper 4 can now create US Postal Service labels (without postage).
- Set Your Charges: The charges such as 'subtotal' and 'shipping and handling' shown on the printed forms can now be configured in any way you want with the new Charges dialog.
- Power Reporting: You can now make reports based on tens of thousands of orders.
- Automatic Saving: You no longer need to save all your orders to ship or to perform other actions. ReadyShipper saves your orders in the background.
- View Options: You can now configure what columns you want to view in the main orders panel, so that you have everything that's important to you at your fingertips.

- Most windows now retain their size and position when you restart ReadyShipper.
- The reports user interface now has a more unified look between the different reports.
- Fixed: exporting more than a few thousands orders to TrueOrder XML would take a very long time or fail due to lack of memory.

- You can now have a longer Terms and Conditions text in the standard landscape form.
ReadyShipper 3.3.0
Release date: December 12th, 2007
What's New
- New Products Table: The products table has been rewritten to be faster and more efficient with the most common work flows. You can now navigate the table easily with the keyboard to make data entry faster. You can also sort by any column.
- ODBC Import: You can now import order data from an ODBC source defined on your local machine. The new ODBC import type can be activated through the updated Order Mapper.
- Return Label Support: You can now generate a return label using the WorldShip 9 module. A new option was added to the ship options for WorldShip which if checked causes ReadyShipper to generate a return label instead of an outgoing label. This flag can be imported through CSV.
- Bullet Proof TrueOrder XML Export: You can now export your orders to TrueOrder XML in almost all circumstances - even if disk failure or power failures corrupted some of your data.
- Landscape Label Only Form: You can now print just the label of a shipment if you don't need a packing list. This can speed up your printing process.
- Slimmer Database: A new cleanup process automatically slims down your database by removing old unused data. Some users may experience a significant decrease in database space usage after the first time they run this new version.
Minor Changes and Fixes
- The Ship From address can now be changed on UPS Online labels.
- The product table's automatic data completion based on part number is now case insensitive. A part number such as "ABC123" is now considered the same as "abc123". In addition spaces are trimmed from the beginning and end of part numbers.
- It is now significantly faster to 'export all' to TrueOrder XML.
- Added a preference for disabling parallel printing.
- The auto boxer automator would sometimes generate hundreds of empty boxes. This has been fixed.
- The Netsuite module was updated to reflect changes in the Netsuite API.
- The Standard Landscape and Portrait forms would add a blank page after each printed page if the order number was longer than 12 characters. This has been fixed.
- When importing orders with Overwrite Existing checked, some orders could not be overwritten in some rare circumstances. This has been fixed.
